| There is a bridge connecting Heaven and
Earth. It is called the "Rainbow Bridge" because of its many colors. Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge there is a land of meadows, hills and valleys with lush green grass where all good, sweet cockers meet and play. When a beloved dog dies he/she goes to this place. There is always food and water and warm spring weather. The old and frail animals are young again. Those who are maimed are made whole again. They play all day with each other. There is only one thing missing. They are not with *their special person* who loved them on Earth. So each day they run and play until that special awaited day comes. One suddenly stops playing and looks up! The nose twitches! The ears are raised! The eyes are staring! This special dog, and all it's family, suddenly run from their group of friends! You have been seen, and were the only one missing in their lives. So, when you and your special friend meet, you take them in your arms, and cuddle, hold ever so tight and kiss them gently. In turn, your face is kissed again and again and again, and you look once more into the soft eyes of your trusting, loving dog, you missed so much. Then you cross the "Rainbow Bridge" together, never again to be separated. Good bye my sweet babies and ever so loving FRIENDS and Life companions Mama will miss you all terribly and so will ALL our friends. You were all so special in your own cute way in and out of the show ring, and no one can take that away from you. The memory of those so soft eyes and that little squeaky bark and of course your so patient and playful ways with all your baby poohs, and your tenderness towards us, will forever be engraved in my heart, soul and mind. Thank you for letting me be your human mama here on earth. I was so very proud to have that honor and privilege! Rest during your voyage to that beautiful cloud called *doggiedom* and once there, you will wake up to all your family and friends that have been waiting for you for these past months. From all of us,your loving family and especially your ever so lonesome me: Be happy and free, I will feel it, and be happy for you all!!! ...but, you know I will always miss you all my sweeties/my love/my life. Thank you for letting me share my pain with you. Every one of my cockers are oh so very special |
